Ingredients to make butter cresses:
25 grams of fresh bakers yeast
225 milliliters of warm milk
525 grams of common flour (3¾ cups)
1 tablespoon of salt
100 grams of sugar (½ cup)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 egg
200 grams of softened butter
2 tablespoons of milk to brush
25 tablespoons of sugar for the syrup

Ingredients to make butter cresses:
