Pineapple cream recipe

Take out the pulp out of the pineapple and make it puree. With the rest of the ingredients, prepare a cream by heating them to the fire until the cream thickens. Add the pineapple puree, mix well and serve very cold.

1 large pineapple
3 eggs
6 cuch. of sugar
1 1/2 glass of milk
2 cuch. of refined cornmeal
