Sablé Pasta Recipe

Mix the butter with salt and sugar. Gradually add the flour and, finally, eggs, one by one. Work the dough very little, only the minimum to mix the ingredients well.

Ingredients to make Sablé pasta:
350 gr. butter on ointment
2 ud. Egg
500 gr. flour
100 gr. sugar
1 pinch salt

2. Wrap it on film paper and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Extend with the help of a roller until a thin layer is and cover with it a removable mold.

3. Bake the base at 180ºC, placing a weight on top, for 20 minutes and reserve.
