1. We gather all the ingredients to make the icy yogurt cake.

2. We wash the strawberries, remove the stem and chop them. We have the strawberries in a glass for the blender and beat them along with 4 yogurt soupchairs.

3. We pour the beaten strawberries into a rectangular mold of about 4-5 deep fingers, which we have previously lined with non-stick paper. We put the mixture in the freezer for a minimum of 20 minutes.

4. We peel the bananas, chop them and put them in the whisk vessel (which we have washed). We mix with 4 tablespoons of yogurt and beat until there are no lumps. If you use ripe bananas, better.

5. We take out the freezer mold and play with the finger. The upper layer has to be hard so that the next layer is not sinking. At this time we pour the banana mixture and put another 20 minutes in the freezer.

6.
