Baked Rape Recipe with almonds

Ingredients to baked almonds:
400 grams of rappe
1 tomato unit
30 grams of almonds
2 cloves of garlic
1 handful of fresh parsley
1 slice of bread
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinca of salt
1 jet of water

Ingredients to baked almonds:

1. We gather all the ingredients to make this baked rap with almonds.





2. We heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the garlic with the almonds until brown. We reserve.





3. We put a little more oil in the pan and fry the bread on both sides. We reserve it with garlic and almonds.





4. In that same pan we saute the tomato peeled and chopped in small squares. If you bought the entire monkfish, you can take advantage of the head to make a rapped soup.





5. Beat the tomato with garlic, almonds and bread. We add a splash of water and crush until there is an almond sauce without lumps. Meanwhile, we preheat the oven to 200ºC and season the monkfish.



Trick: If you want the sauce to be very fine, you can go through a strainer.





6. We cover the rapped with the almond sauce and introduce in the oven at 190ºC for 20 minutes.
