LlaMpuga Amb Tumbet Recipe

Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Fry the potatoes cut into a pan with olive oil. Have fried potatoes in a mud or similar casserole.

1200 gr. of lampuga
250 gr. of eggplants
150 gr. of red peppers
150 gr. of green peppers
4 dl. of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
400 gr. of peeled tomato and without pepitas
salt
pepper white

2. Cut the eggplants into slices and season them with a little salt and pepper. Fry them along with slightly crushed garlic cloves, in the pan where we have fried the potatoes.

3. Cut the peppers into regular pieces after cleaning them. Remove the remaining oil from the pan and fry the pepper pieces along with two crushed garlic cloves.

4. Arrange the peppers in the casserole along with the potatoes and eggplants. Clean the fish eliminating the viscera and head. Wash it and cut it into large slices.

5. Sazonar salt and pepper the pieces of fish. Add oil to the pan and fry the fish. Have fish pieces on fried vegetables.

6. Remove part of the oil gives the pan and saute two teeth of fillet garlic. Add the tomato pulp and season with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar. Let cook over moderate heat 5 minutes.

7. Pour the sauce on fried fish. Let stand about 15 minutes before serving. This dish can be served at room temperature.
