Meros recipe for the fisherman

We season the MERO fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Then, we pass them through flour to fry them in a pan with plenty of oil.

Ingredients to make the fisherman mere:
1 kilogram of mero
150 grams of prawns
1 kilogram of mussels
3 cloves of garlic
1 kilogram of fried tomato
1 glass of white wine
flour

Ingredients to make the fisherman mere:

2. Once golden, we pass them to a clay casserole. We take the pan where we fry the mere, remove some oil and add the wine. We put it to heat over medium heat for a few minutes to consume.

3. Add to the pan the crushed garlic, the peeled prawns, the mussels without peel and the fried tomato and cook.

4. We boil the seafood and quickly pass everything to the casserole where we have the mere. Bake the mere to the fisherman for 10 minutes at medium temperature.

5. When ready, the clay casserole takes to the table so that each diner serves the mere.
