Fried chickpea recipe with scrambled egg

Ingredients to make fried chickpeas with scrambled egg:
1 Cooked chickpea boat (400 grams)
2 medium onions
2 cayenas
2 eggs
1 jet of extra virgin
1 pinch of salt
1 jet of sauce Worcestershire (also called salsa perrins)
1 pinch of pepper ground
1 glass of water
Additional characteristics: cheap, spicy, sauteed cost

Ingredients to make fried chickpeas with scrambled egg:

1. To prepare these fried chickpeas with stirred egg we wash the legumes well to remove any rest of the liquid that retains them and let them drain. So we peel onions and split them in strips. We put them in a pan along with the two cayenas and a stream of virgin olive oil and put it on the fire to poach it.

2. When the onion is slightly transparent add the chickpeas and the glass of water. We cover and let cook (so we will get fried chickpeas with onion to be very tender)

3. When the water has almost totally reduced salt, ground pepper and Worcestershire sauce. We stir well and keep the chickpeas sautéed in fire.



Trick: The amount of sauce and pepper will depend on you and your spicy tolerance.

4. just before serving we slightly beat the eggs as if we were going to prepare homemade tortilla and incorporate them into the pan.
