Ingredients to make the boloñesa spaghetti:
2. When the boiling water is, throw the spaghetti to the pot and cook over medium heat.
3. In about 7 minutes check them out of fire and strain.
4. Reserve them in the same pot with the 25gr of butter so that they do not stick with each other.
5. Trocea the half onion, carrot and half zucchini in small pieces, so that they are done well.
6. In a medium-sized pan, put a jet of oil and when it hots the onion, the carrot, the zucchini, the spices and the salt. Then lower the fire.
7. Remove from time to time and at 10 minutes pour the half glass of white wine. Raise the fire a bit and let it reduce.
8. When vegetables are made (onion and zucchini they have to be as transparent and soft), pour the minced meat and with the help of a stick spoon, the meat crumbles and sees turning it around until it is done.
9. Once the meat is made, pour the homemade fried tomato boat and 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar to remove acidity from the tomato.
