Paste recipe with pesto chicken

Ingredients for paste with pesto chicken:
150 grams of bacon in strips
4 chicken breasts in sheets
3 medium onions
3 cloves of garlic
150 grams of spinach leaves
5 cups of milk (1200 milliliters)
500 grams of noodles/fetuccini
½ cup of pesto (sauce)
1 cup of grated parmesan
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients for paste with pesto chicken:

1. The first thing we have to do to prepare this delicious paste with pesto chicken is to fry the bacon cut into strips in a fur or honda casserole, because we are going to do all the dish in that same container.





2. Meanwhile, we cut the chicken breast sheets into square so that it is easier to take it to the mouth once the paste is ready to the pesto.





3. Once the bacon is fried, we reserve it on a plate and fry all the chicken in the same pot with a jet of olive oil until golden.





4. While the chicken is scarce, we peel and cut the onions in julienne and the garlic we chop them, and once the chicken is fried, we remove the plate where the bacon is and we started to poach the vegetables in the same pot.





5. When onions and garlic are well golden, add the spinach leaves and saute them for a moment. You will see that at the beginning they bully a lot but as soon as they are cooked a lot.



Trick: If you don like spinach, you can ignore this step or add basil leaves for example.





6. Next, we add the 5 cups of milk and take it to a boil. What we are going to do is use this liquid instead of water to cook the paste with pesto chicken and thus we have much more creamy.





7. Once the milk is boiling, we add the pasta, in this case we have chosen noodles, and we cook it about 6 minutes (about 2 minutes less of the total cooking time according to the manufacturers instructions). Do not worry because the pasta will absorb milk almost entirely and you will not have anything left over.





8. Once the pasta has been cooked, we add the bacon and fried chicken, the half cup of pesto sauce and the grated Parmesan, and we remove everything for about two more minutes so that the ingredients are well integrated. The result is a very creamy and tasty pesto chicken. Take advantage!
