2. Once the water is boiling to cook the raviolis.

3. Once this is at the desired point (at the dente or a little more cooked) take out the raviolis from the water and reserve.
4. In a very hot pan put to melt the butter, add the finely chopped garlic, milk cream and whole milk. Let keep for a couple of minutes.

6. Once this sauce adds the raviolis and serve.

7. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese in each of the dishes and serve.
