Spinach lasagna recipe

1 egg yolk
for sauce
1/2 cup of milk cream
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons of Parmesano Rallado cheese
3 sliced tomatoes

2. Mix the cooked spinach with nutmeg, salt and pepper; Add the cream, garlic, yolk and cheese.

3. In a slightly greased Pyrex or beautiful baking tray, make spinach and lasagna mixture.

4. Prepare the sauce: Mix the cream with the beaten egg and half of the Parmesan cheese. Water on the lasagna.

5. Place tomato slices and the rest of Parmesan cheese on lasagna. Bake 175 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes until golden.
