1. To make the vegetarian pizza with cheese, the first thing you owe is to enlist all the ingredients, I use gluten-free integral flour but you can also use normal flour.

2. On a flat surface tail the flour and forms a volcano with it. Place the yeast inside and the warm water, around the salt and mix all the ingredients very well until you get a homogeneous mass then continue kneading for 10 minutes.

3. When you have the list ready place it in a flour bowl and take it to a warm place to led, this for 1 hour.

4. After the time, stretch the dough with a little flour and place on an oven tray, add the tomato paste and spread throughout the base of the pizza, then add thyme and oregano to taste.

5. Cover the vegetarian pizza with all the grated cheese that you like the most, bake the pizza at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until you see that it is very golden and the melted cheese.
