Rice recipe with chard and sepias

Clean the chard, wash them and drain them.

Ingredients to make rice with chard and sepias:
350 gr of rice
400 gr of Sepias
350 gr of chard
a good bunch of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
50 gr of oil
1 glass of dry white wine
1 can of 400 gr of tomato peeled
1 liter of broth
nutzada
salt
pepper

Ingredients to make rice with chard and sepias:

3. Cut them into strips.

4. Chop and parsley, saute them in a saucepan with the oil.

5. Add the sepias and cook them slowly for 20 minutes.

6. Add the white wine and let it evaporate.

7. Sazonar with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.

8. Add the chard, let them saute, add the chopped tomatoes.

9. Leave the sauce for a few minutes and pour the rice in the container.

10. Remove it well and let it cook, gradually adding the boiling broth, frequently stirring with a wooden spoon.

11. Serve semi-calm rice.
