At home, one of the Queens of Rapid Dinners is the pasta salad (of which I am a real passionate). On this occasion I bring you a recipe that is luxurious. A seasoned salad with a Greek yogurt that gives it a very special touch. He falls barbaric! Then, we go with the paste recipe with chorizo and Italian cheese.

| Ingredients to make pasta with Italian sausage and Andean cheese: |
| 150 grams of short paste (fuse or screw) 100 grams of Andean cheese (or fresh) 100 grams of Italian chorizo 1 LANCHA DE MONDIOLA 1 Greek yogurt boat 25 grams of boneless black olives 1 tablespoon dessert of fine fine herbs (oregano, rosemary) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 laurel leaf 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper to taste |

Ingredients to make pasta with Italian sausage and Andean cheese:
1. The first thing we must do is cook the short paste in abundant boiling water. Add to the water a bit of and a bay leaf to give flavor to the pasta. Check that the pasta is at the dent, turns off the fire, drain and reserve.
2. Heat a pan with olive oil and fine herbs to skip the Italian chorizo in small slices and the chopped mondiola in cubes. We salt and then reserve too.
3. In a bowl we mix the paste with the sausage and add olive olives in slices and the chopped and cubes andine cheese. Then we season with the Greek yogurt and stir to integrate the flavors.
4. Let stand for about 30 minutes and then serve the pasta with Italian sausage and cold Andean cheese. This fast dish is ideal for dinner time or as most pasta salads, to complete the picnic or beach menu.
